App 內資料（本地儲存）
您在 App 內建立的玩家資料（暱稱、emoji 頭像、標籤）及場次紀錄（買入金額、補碼、結算結果）預設儲存於您的裝置本地。除下述「協力主持同步」情形外，這些資料不會上傳至外部伺服器。
協力主持同步（Co-host）
當您使用「協力主持」功能邀請他人協助記錄同一場牌局時，該場次的相關資料會透過我們的後端服務 Convex 即時同步，讓受邀者能檢視並記錄同一場牌局。此同步使用一組隨機產生的裝置識別碼進行配對，不與您的姓名、電子郵件或任何真實身份連結。未使用協力主持功能時，不會進行此類同步。
診斷與當機回報
我們使用 Sentry 蒐集當機回報與基本診斷資訊（裝置型號、作業系統版本、匿名工作階段資料、錯誤堆疊），用於修正錯誤並提升穩定度。此資料不用於識別您個人，也不會被販售。
瀏覽器語言偏好
本官網使用 localStorage 儲存您選擇的語言設定，資料僅留存於您的裝置，不傳送至任何伺服器。
所有 App 內資料僅用於提供場主管理功能，不用於廣告、行為分析或任何其他商業用途。
我們不會出售或交換您的個人資料。資料僅由下列服務提供者處理，且僅為提供與維護 App 功能之必要：
本地牌局與玩家資料儲存於您的裝置，於您在 App 內刪除或解除安裝 App 時移除。已同步的協力主持牌局資料會在該牌局被刪除時移除。我們無法存取您裝置上的本地資料，亦不負責因裝置遺失、損壞或軟體問題所造成的資料遺失，建議您定期備份。
ivey Home 不針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。

ivey Home is developed by ARTZY as a management tool for private poker game hosts. This policy explains how ivey Home handles your personal data.
In-App Data (Local Storage)
Player data you create in the app (nicknames, emoji avatars, tags) and session records (buy-in amounts, rebuys, settlement results) are stored on your device by default. Except for the "Co-host Sync" described below, this data is not uploaded to any external server.
Co-host Sync
When you use the Co-host feature to invite someone to help record the same game, the relevant session data is synced in real time through our backend service (Convex) so the invited co-host can view and record the same game. This sync uses a randomly generated device identifier for routing; it is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity. No such sync occurs when you do not use the Co-host feature.
Diagnostics & Crash Reports
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and basic diagnostic information (device model, OS version, anonymous session data, and error stack traces) to fix bugs and improve stability. This data is not used to identify you personally and is not sold.
Browser Language Preference
This website uses localStorage to remember your language setting. The data stays on your device and is never sent to any server.
All in-app data is used solely to provide host management features. We do not use it for advertising, behavioral analytics, or any other commercial purpose.
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data is processed only by the service providers below, solely to provide and maintain the app's functionality:
Local session and player data is stored on your device and is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Synced co-host session data is removed when the session is deleted. We have no access to the local data on your device and are not responsible for data loss due to device loss, damage, or software issues; we recommend backing up regularly.
ivey Home is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. For significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
